The purpose of this document is to provide official rulings on critical issues that cannot wait until the next rulebook release. The rules listed below do not represent all changes that will be made in the next rulebook. This is a live document that will be added to over time.
No more than 10 ritual slots may be purchased. This also applies to Artifice and Chemistry.
When using Chemistry, the suffix “Chemistry” should be used to indicate it cannot be resisted by regular Simple/Complex Resist Toxin Alchemy or similar effects.
Undead State currently says Undead are immune to “Effects that require Body damage to activate. Undead will still take the numerical damage from those attacks if it breaches their defenses.” This is incorrect. Undead are not immune to these kinds of effects. They are immune to effects which require a living anatomy: Vital Blow, Execute, Garrotte.
The rulebook states: “1. Those experience blankets will be placed into a player’s blanket pool”. This is no longer true with the new database. When a character is retired, their blankets must immediately be spent on a new character. Blankets from retirement will no longer be returned to a pool. Additionally, blankets from multiple retirements may not be combined to create a new, single character.
You may only teach players from the Teacher character’s home guild.
